On December 14, 2009, Alex Plank, founder and administrator of WrongPlanet.com (an online community of people on the autistic spectrum and a few of their allies), released Autism Reality on Youtube, which seeks to shed light on the autism spectrum from the autistic perspective.  Notably, Dr. Temple Grandin, a renowned figure in the autistic community takes part in this film, sharing her views on the autism spectrum and just what it means to be autistic, along with Plank and various others.  An excellent example of self-advocacy, this film is easily the finest autism-related project released in 2009.
